By accessing or using Blotd ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Blotd is a trading name of CRTYX HOLDINGS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12383952).

2. Description of Service

Blotd is a headless blog API platform that allows users to create, manage, and serve blog content via REST API. The Service includes a web-based dashboard for content management and API endpoints for content delivery.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload malicious content or code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
  • Abuse API rate limits or circumvent usage restrictions
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Blotd a limited license to store, process, and deliver your content as necessary to operate the Service.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall CRTYX HOLDINGS LIMITED or its trading names be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
